    Savory Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf Recipe

     

     

    Savory Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf is a delicious twist on classic comfort food! This recipe combines tender ground chicken with rich Parmesan cheese, aromatic garlic, and Italian seasonings for a flavor-packed dinner. Topped with marinara sauce and baked to perfection, it’s juicy, savory, and utterly satisfying. Serve it with roasted veggies, a fresh salad, or garlic bread for a complete meal. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground chicken

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/4 cup milk

    1 egg

    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.

    2. Prepare the Mixture
    In a mixing bowl, combine:

    Ground chicken

    Breadcrumbs

    Parmesan cheese

    Minced garlic

    Milk

    Egg

    Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper

    Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    3. Shape and Assemble
    Shape the chicken mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the top for added flavor.

    4. Bake to Perfection
    Bake the chicken loaf in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    5. Rest and Serve
    Allow the loaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

    Tips:

    For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.

    Pair it with garlic bread for a complete Italian-inspired meal!
