Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Baked Alfredo

Ingredients:
2 cups penne pasta (uncooked)
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta and Broccoli:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta until al dente.
In the final 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
Mix the Alfredo Sauce:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, sautéed chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until well-coated.
Assemble the Dish:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour in the Alfredo mixture and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for a cheesy finish.
Bake to Perfection:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown on top.
