     Crispy Roasted Cauliflower (Golden, Crunchy & Healthy Side Dish)

     Ingredients:

    • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispiness)

     Optional Garnish:

    Fresh parsley, lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce

     Instructions:

     1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for perfect roasting and crisp edges.

     2. Prepare Cauliflower

    Wash and dry the cauliflower very well — this step is key for crispiness. Cut into evenly sized florets.

     3. Season

    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
    Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using).
    Mix well until all florets are evenly coated.

     4. Roast

    Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden, crispy, and caramelized.

     5. Serve

    Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
