    Burrata & Avocado Toasts with Chili Honey Drizzle

Crispy sourdough, silky avocado, and dreamy burrata meet spicy-sweet chili honey for a flavor-packed bite that feels fancy but takes minutes.

     

    Ingredients (Serves 2–3 | Makes 4 Gourmet Toasts)

    For the Toasts:

    4 slices rustic sourdough bread, toasted until golden

    1 ball fresh burrata cheese (about 4 oz), torn

    1 large ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

    Optional garnishes: red chili flakes, microgreens, or fresh basil

    For the Chili Honey Drizzle:

    2 tbsp honey

    ¼ tsp red chili flakes (adjust for heat preference)

     

    Directions

    1. Make the Chili Honey Drizzle:
    In a small bowl or saucepan, gently warm the honey and stir in chili flakes. Let it sit to infuse for a spicy-sweet finish.

    2. Toast the Bread:
    Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown and crispy this adds flavor and structure.

    3. Assemble Your Gourmet Avocado Toasts:
    Top each slice of toasted bread with mashed or sliced avocado. Layer with creamy torn burrata. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

    4. Drizzle & Garnish:
    Drizzle each toast generously with your chili honey. Finish with chili flakes, fresh basil, or microgreens for color and extra flavor.

    5. Serve Fresh:
