Slow Cooker Refried Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
2 tablespoons taco sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound American cheese, cubed
1 green onion, sliced
Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef and Onions:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
2. Mix Ingredients:
Remove from heat and stir in refried beans, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
3. Slow Cook the Dip:
Transfer the mixture to a greased 4-quart slow cooker.
Stir in the cubed American cheese.
Cover and cook:
HIGH for 1 hour (stir halfway) OR
LOW for 2–3 hours.
