    How to Make Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chops

    Pat the chops dry with paper towels.

    2. Optional: Sear for extra flavor
    Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

    3. Place in slow cooker

    4. Make the sauce
