Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Ribeye Steak:
2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Parmesan Mash:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Slow-Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken
1. In your slow cooker, melt butter on high heat. Stir in garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken breasts, spooning the flavorful garlic butter mixture over the top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, allowing the chicken to become irresistibly tender.
Step 2: Sear the Ribeye Steak
1. Pat ribeye steaks dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust for your preferred doneness.
3. Remove steaks from the skillet, tent with foil, and rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Parmesan Mash
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
2. Mash the potatoes with butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Serve and Impress
1. Spoon the Parmesan mash onto plates, topping with the juicy garlic butter chicken and perfectly seared ribeye.
2. Drizzle the rich garlic butter from the slow cooker over the top for an extra flavor boost. Serve hot and enjoy!
