Looking for a quick and flavorful dinner? This Chicken and Green Onion Stir-Fry is packed with savory flavors and comes together in no time! Perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

    Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

    3 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 bunch green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon ginger, minced

    1/4 cup chicken broth

    1 tablespoon honey

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

    2. Cook the Chicken Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    3. Sauté Aromatics Add the white parts of the green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

    4. Create the Sauce Pour in chicken broth and honey. Bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

    5. Combine and Finish Return the chicken to the pan and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    6. Garnish Sprinkle with the green parts of the chopped green onions.

    7. Serve and Enjoy Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.

Quick, delicious, and better than takeout!
