    Easy Beef and Provolone Stuffed Rolls Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef (80–85% lean)
    • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning or seasoned salt
    • 12 slices provolone cheese
    • 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit or roll dough

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with steak seasoning and cook until no longer pink.
    3. Drain excess grease and allow the beef to cool slightly.
    4. Separate the dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
    5. Place 1½ slices of provolone cheese in the center of each dough round.
    6. Add a spoonful of seasoned beef on top of the cheese.
    7. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
    8. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
    9. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
    10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
