    • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough sheet
    • 8 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
    • 6–8 oz mozzarella or provolone cheese

    Directions

    Step 1: Prepare the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.

    Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter

    Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Step 3: Prepare the Dough

    Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a rectangle. Cut into 8 equal strips.

    Place a portion of roast beef down the center of each dough strip. Top with cheese.

    Step 5: Form the Knots

    Twist each strip gently around the filling and tie into a loose knot. Tuck the ends underneath.
