This Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta brings together tender chicken, bold Cajun spices, and a luscious, creamy sauce for the ultimate comfort dish. Quick to make, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy weekend dinner. The sautéed bell peppers and garlic add a burst of flavor, while Parmesan cheese creates a smooth, rich texture. Tossed with fettuccine or penne, every bite is indulgent and satisfying. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and extra freshness!

    Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin

    1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    3 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green), sliced

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup chicken broth

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Season & Sear the Chicken: Coat chicken strips in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the seasoned chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    3. Sauté Garlic & Bell Peppers: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

    4. Make the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add in Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    5. Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly in the creamy sauce. Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes.

    6. Serve & Garnish: Top with fresh parsley for added flavor and a pop of color!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes
