Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta Recipe

Looking for a quick and creamy pasta recipe that’s full of flavor? This Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta combines tender farfalle pasta, juicy ground beef, and a rich, cheesy cream sauce. It’s the perfect comfort food dinner idea for busy weeknights, family meals, or when you’re craving an indulgent bowl of pasta.

    Ingredients:

    For the Pasta:

    12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)

    For the Creamy Beef Sauce:

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 lb ground beef

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon salt

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    ½ teaspoon paprika

    ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)

    ½ cup beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Garnish (Optional):

    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

    Extra Parmesan cheese

    Instructions:

Bring salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Stir in onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.

Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Cook until the sauce is creamy and smooth.

Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet, mixing well until fully coated. Let it heat through for 1–2 minutes.

Top with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy!
