Cajun Lobster and Salmon Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:
Seafood & Pasta
2 salmon fillets, cubed
1 lobster tail, meat diced
8 oz fettuccine pasta
Seasonings
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season and Sear the Seafood
Season salmon cubes and lobster pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook lobster in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Set aside with salmon.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
