INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g of oat flakes
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add 150 g of oat flakes, 100 ml of milk, Stir and let it rest for minutes, then peel and mash one banana,
To continue, combine the banana and the oats and stir to combine.
Next, add one egg and stir to combine, and for seasonings, add 1
teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and stir to combine.
Finally, add one teaspoon of baking powder and stir to incorporate it to the dough.
Next, grease a frying pan with oil, and with a tablespoon, add several portions of our mixture after baking one side, turn it over to bake the other side.
Do it with all the dough until it’s finished.
