    Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta Volcano

    Ingredients:

    8 oz spaghetti or linguine
    1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped
    Juice of ½ lemon

    Directions:

    Boil spaghetti or linguine until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water this helps create a silky, glossy sauce.

    Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in hot olive oil for 1–2 minutes on each side until pink, tender, and slightly charred for extra flavor.

    Reduce heat. Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in the cream. Add Parmesan and chili flakes. Stir until smooth, rich, and perfectly creamy.

    Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the reserved pasta water for restaurant-style creaminess. Toss well and adjust seasoning.

    Twirl into a tall pasta “volcano,” top with shrimp, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon for brightness. A stunning plate done in minutes!
