    Zesty Italian Tricolor Pasta Salad

     

     

    This Zesty Italian Tricolor Pasta Salad is a vibrant and flavorful dish that’s perfect for any occasion. The combination of tricolored pasta, savory pepperoni, salami, and fresh veggies creates a delicious and satisfying salad. Topped with zesty Italian dressing and cubed cheese, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s easy to customize with your favorite ingredients. Ideal for parties, potlucks, or a quick and tasty meal!

     

    Ingredients:

    – 1 box of tricolored pasta
    – 1 red bell pepper, diced
    – 1 red onion, chopped
    – 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    – 1 package pepperoni slices
    – 1 package salami slices, cut into strips
    – 1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing
    – Salt, to taste
    – 2 bags of cubed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

    Optional Add-ins:
    – Sliced olives (green or black)
    – Additional veggies like cucumber, broccoli, or carrots

    Instructions:
    1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the tricolored pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    2. Prep the Ingredients: While the pasta cools, dice the red pepper, chop the red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the pepperoni and salami into bite-sized pieces.

    3. Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced red pepper, chopped onion, halved tomatoes, pepperoni, salami, and cubed cheese.

    4. Dress and Season: Pour the zesty Italian dressing over the pasta salad. Add salt to taste and toss everything together until well combined.

    5. Be Creative: Feel free to add sliced olives or other veggies of your choice. Customize the salad by measuring the ingredients with your heart!
