INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sliced chocolate Pullman cakes
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
Mousse:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cans of whey-free cream
- 2 cups of concentrated passion fruit juice
Syrup:
- Pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Roof:
- 2 cups ready-made whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let’s get started the recipe:
In a baking pan, line the bottom with half the sliced cake and drizzle with half the milk.
Next, In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit juice until very creamy, for the mousse
Next, pour half of this mousse over the cake and then place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up a bit.
Cover with the rest of the cake, drizzle again with the remaining milk, spread the rest of the mousse and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Next, mix the ingredients in a pan, take it to the low fire, remove and let it cool. Cover the pan with the whipped cream and decorate with the syrup before serving.
