Craving something rich, cheesy, and packed with flavor? This Ultimate Shrimp Grilled Cheese with Garlic Bread is a next-level comfort food that combines buttery garlic toast, melty mozzarella, and juicy shrimp for a sandwich that seafood lovers will dream about! Perfect for an easy seafood lunch, dinner, or even a gourmet snack.

    Ingredients:

4 slices of thick-cut bread (sourdough or your favorite sturdy loaf)

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

    3 tbsp butter, melted

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

    Directions:

    1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sauté the minced garlic. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque (about 3–4 minutes). Remove from heat.

    2. Brush the remaining melted butter on one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle lightly with garlic.

    3. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously.

    4. Add the sautéed shrimp over the cheese and top with the remaining slices, buttered side facing out.

    5. In the same pan, grill the sandwiches over medium heat, pressing gently. Cook until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, about 4–5 minutes per side.

    6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot with a crisp salad or chips.
