These Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and packed with a gooey mozzarella surprise in every bite! Made with a blend of ground beef and chicken, they’re seasoned to perfection with garlic, Parmesan, and Italian herbs. A quick pan-fry gives them a crispy, golden crust while keeping them tender inside. Serve them smothered in marinara sauce for the ultimate comfort food experience. Perfect for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, or party appetizers!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground chicken or turkey

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 large eggs

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    1 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp black pepper

4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

    Olive oil (for frying)

    Marinara sauce (optional, for serving)

    Directions:

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Combine well without overmixing.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture, flatten it, and place a mozzarella cube in the center. Wrap the meat around the cheese and roll into a ball. Repeat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Optional: Warm up marinara sauce and serve meatballs smothered in it.
Enjoy the cheesy surprise in every bite!
