    Tropical Mango Kiwi Strawberry Trifle

This refreshing tropical fruit trifle combines juicy mango, sweet strawberries, and tangy kiwi layered with fluffy whipped cream (or creamy yogurt) and soft sponge cake for the ultimate no-bake summer dessert. Perfect for picnics, BBQs, parties, or a light holiday dessert.

    Ingredients:

    Cake Base:

1 pound cake, sponge cake, or ladyfinger biscuits, cut into cubes

    Cream Layer:

3 cups whipped cream or sweetened yogurt

    Fruits:

    Fresh mango chunks

    Kiwi slices

    Strawberries, halved

    Fresh raspberries (for topping)

    Optional Toppings:

    Almond slices

    Shredded coconut

    Fresh mint leaves

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Ingredients Cut mango, kiwi, and strawberries into even pieces. Slice your cake into bite-sized cubes.

    2. Layer the Cake Place a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of your trifle dish or glass cups.

    3. Add the Cream Spread a generous layer of whipped cream or yogurt over the cake.

    4. Layer the Fruits Add vibrant layers of mango chunks, kiwi slices, and strawberries for a colorful tropical look.

    5. Repeat the Layers Continue layering cake, cream, and fruit until your dish is filled.

    6. Final Touch Garnish with fresh mango, raspberries, almonds, shredded coconut, and mint leaves for extra flavor and beauty.

    7. Chill Before Serving Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors blend and the dessert set perfectly.

    Tips for the Best Trifle

For extra sweetness, drizzle honey or mango puree between the layers.

Use clear glass bowls to show off the beautiful fruit layers.
