INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds beef bouillon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 4 medium carrots, cut into slices
- 3 medium-sized carrots, cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 large bay leaf
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the meat in a slow cooker.
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over the meat and stir to coat the meat.
Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leaf; stir until combined.
Cover and simmer until tender enough to scrape with a spoon, over low heat 8 to 12 hours, or over high heat 4 to 6 hours.
