INGREDIENTS:

°1 cup coconut
°100gm light cream cheese
°1 vanilla packet

+To decorate:
°Desired sauce (caramel, chocolate or fruit sauce) OR
°1 cup strawberry (mashed)
°4 tablespoons of sugar
°1 tablespoon of cornstarch
°Cookies of your choice

Coconut starch in a saucepanMix well and add milk continuously while stirringKeep cooking until it air pockets and let it cook for one more 5 minutesR, clear out from heat and mixAdd cream cheddar and vanillaand won tooIn a shape, put a wrapping film so it fits all the wallscasting machineSmooth, put treats inside Cold Back to serving plateMake strawberry sauce by blending strawberry purée, sugar and starchlet it thickenMix, let cool and cover your cakeGarnish with mint leaves, ground hazelnuts or almonds
