Spicy Garlic Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry

This Spicy Garlic Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry is a bold, satisfying dish loaded with juicy shrimp, savory sausage, crunchy veggies, and tender noodles tossed in a garlicky, spicy-sweet sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something fast, flavorful, and restaurant-worthy!

    Ingredients:

200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 sausages, sliced (smoked or spicy sausage work great)
    1 cup corn kernels
½ cup bok choy or spinach
½ cup mushrooms (shiitake or enoki)
    1 carrot, diced
150 g noodles (egg noodles or ramen)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili paste or chili oil (adjust heat level to taste)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
    2 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for extra aroma)

    Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet. Add the sliced sausages and cook until lightly browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook until they turn pink and slightly caramelized.
Add carrots, mushrooms, corn, and bok choy, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and honey, mixing well to coat everything in the flavorful sauce.
Add noodles and sausages back to the pan, tossing well until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
Finish with sesame oil for a nutty aroma and serve hot.

    Chef’s Tip:

For extra heat, sprinkle some crushed red pepper or drizzle more chili oil before serving. This dish also pairs beautifully with a squeeze of lime or fresh cilantro!
