    Slow Cooker Peach Crisp

This 5-ingredient slow cooker peach crisp is the ultimate easy peach dessert for busy families, weekend gatherings, and holiday dinners. Made with frozen peaches, buttery cake mix, cinnamon, and a handful of pantry staples, this crockpot peach crisp delivers a warm, bubbling fruit filling with a golden, crisp topping—without turning on the oven.

Whether you’re looking for a simple slow cooker dessert, an effortless peach cobbler alternative, or a comforting dessert for potlucks and family meals, this recipe is guaranteed to impress.

Why You’ll Love This Slow Cooker Peach Crisp

    • Only 5 simple ingredients
    • No peeling or slicing fresh peaches
    • Perfect use for frozen peaches
    • Easy dump-and-go crockpot recipe
    • Buttery crisp topping with juicy cinnamon peaches
    • Ideal for holidays, potlucks, and weekend desserts
    • Delicious served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

    Servings: 6

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds frozen sliced peaches (about 6–7 cups, do not thaw)
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 cup dry yellow cake mix
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

    Instructions

    1. Lightly coat a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Add the frozen peaches to the bottom of the slow cooker and spread into an even layer.
    3. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly over the peaches, then gently toss to coat.
    4. In a bowl, combine the dry yellow cake mix with the melted butter until coarse crumbs form.
    5. Sprinkle the buttery cake mixture evenly over the peaches.
    6. Cover and cook:
      • HIGH: 2½–3 hours
      • LOW: 4–5 hours
    7. If excessive condensation forms under the lid, carefully wipe it away once or twice during cooking to keep the topping crisp.
    8. Once finished, switch the slow cooker to Warm and let the peach crisp rest for 15–20 minutes before serving.
    9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel sauce, or Greek yogurt.

    Recipe Tips

    • Use frozen peaches directly from the freezer for the best texture.
    • Replace yellow cake mix with spice cake mix for extra warm flavor.
    • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for a crunchy topping.
    • Reduce sugar for a lighter dessert.
    • Use gluten-free cake mix for a gluten-free version.
    • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
