    Skillet Beef Stroganoff Tortellini

    Delicious, creamy, and ready in just 30 minutes, this Skillet Beef Stroganoff Tortellini combines tender ground beef with cheesy tortellini in a rich Parmesan sauce. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners that the whole family will love!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef (rich in protein and iron)
    2 cloves garlic, minced (adds flavor and antioxidants)
    2 cups beef broth (boosts flavor and nutrients)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini (quick-cooking, cheesy pasta)
    1/2 cup sour cream (adds creaminess and probiotics)
    1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra richness)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)
    1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish and freshness)

    Directions:

     

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil if needed and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a gentle simmer.
