Indulge in the ultimate seafood pasta bake with this Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells recipe, smothered in rich, creamy homemade Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a special dinner, date night, or holiday meal, this dish combines tender jumbo pasta shells filled with a cheesy seafood mixture and baked to golden perfection.

    Ingredients:

    20 jumbo pasta shells

    1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

    1 cup cooked crab meat

    1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well blended.
Fill each shell generously with the seafood cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese for an extra gooey topping.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
