    Saucy Wet Burritos Recipe

    Saucy Wet Burritos Recipe

    Ingredients:
    – 1 pound ground beef
    – 1 can refried beans
    – 1 onion, chopped
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced

     

    – 1 packet taco seasoning
    – 1/2 cup water
    – 4 large flour tortillas
    – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    – 1 cup enchilada sauce
    – 1 cup sour cream
    – 1 tomato, diced
    – 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    – Salt and pepper to taste

     

     

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until beef browns. Drain excess fat.
    3. Stir in refried beans, taco seasoning, and water. Cook until heated through and well mixed.
    4. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for easier handling.
    5. Spoon bean and beef mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly.

     

    6. Place rolled-up burritos in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over them and add more shredded cheese on top.
    7. Bake burritos in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until cheese melts and bubbles.
    8. Serve baked burritos with a dollop of sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
