INGREDIENTS:
✓ 3 as whole or halved knees
✓ 5 potatoes peeled and cut into thick slices.
✓ 2 purple / white onions sliced into thick slices.
✓8-10 garlic cloves.
✓2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
✓A quarter of a bunch of chopped parsley.
✓ A quarter of a bunch of chopped coriander.
✓ A tablespoon full of sweet paprika.
Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
Teaspoon of salt
✓1/3 cup olive oil.
✓1.5 glasses of water.
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (static / bottom heat).
Mix well and transfer to a pan lined with baking paper.
Add the water directly to the pan and put in the oven for about an hour and a half.
