▢2 tablespoons canola oil
▢1 medium onion (finely chopped)
▢3 garlic cloves (finely minced)
▢2 cups low sodium beef broth
▢3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
▢2 tablespoons tomato paste
▢2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
▢1 ½ lb Creamer potatoes (or baby potatoes) whole
▢3 large carrots peeled and cut into thick slices
▢1 tablespoon ketchup (or honey)
▢2 tablespoons corn starch
▢2 tablespoons water
