This rich and creamy one-pot pasta combines savory ground beef, garlic butter, and a luscious Parmesan cream sauce for the ultimate comfort food. Ready in just 30 minutes, this easy pasta dish is perfect for busy weeknights!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    2 tbsp butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 medium onion, finely chopped

    1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    1/2 cup beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)

    Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

    Directions:

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce is thick and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it’s covered by the sauce. Add extra broth or water if needed. Cover and cook pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Once pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy, remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
