    No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls with Chocolate Coating

    Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

    Cheesecake Crust Base

    1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
    6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    2 tbsp granulated sugar

    Cheesecake Filling

    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    ¼ cup sugar
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    ⅓ cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)

    Peanut Butter Center

    ½ cup creamy peanut butter
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    Pinch of salt

    Chocolate Coating

    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate)
    1 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)

    Optional Toppings

    ¼ cup chopped toasted peanuts
    Melted peanut butter drizzle

    How to Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

    Step 1: Make the Crust

    Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press 1 tsp of mixture into mini molds or roll into tiny discs. Chill.

    Step 2: Whip the Cheesecake Filling

    Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy.

    Step 3: Prepare Peanut Butter Center

    Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Roll into small balls. Freeze for 10 minutes.

    Step 4: Assemble

    Flatten a spoonful of cheesecake mixture, place peanut butter ball inside, wrap, and form into balls. Chill or freeze until firm.

    Step 5: Coat with Chocolate

    Melt chocolate + oil in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip chilled cheesecake balls or drizzle chocolate on top. Sprinkle peanuts before chocolate sets.

    Step 6: Chill and Serve
