    No-Bake Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake

Indulge in a delicious and refreshing dessert that’s perfect for maintaining a balanced diet while still enjoying the flavors you love. This cheesecake is a great option for a heart-healthy treat, providing a burst of vitamins from fresh fruit!

    Ingredients:

    – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/2 cup melted butter
    – 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    – 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup powdered sugar
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract
    – 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    – 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    – 1/2 cup orange marmalade

    Instructions:

    1. For a healthy start, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan.

    2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. This creamy filling is rich in calcium, supporting bone health.

    3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Opt for a light cream option if you’re watching your cholesterol!

    4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. This step ensures your cheesecake is as light and fluffy as possible, promoting digestive wellness.

    5. Divide the mixture in half; stir the pineapple into one half and the orange marmalade into the other. Both pineapple and orange are excellent sources of Vitamin C, enhancing your immune health.

    6. Spoon alternating dollops of the mixtures into the crust and swirl with a knife. Swirling the flavors together creates a balanced taste, reducing the need for additional sugar, which supports your diabetes management plan.

    7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Chilling your dessert not only sets it but also makes it a refreshing, low-calorie option on a hot day.

    Notes:

    – Garnish with additional pineapple and orange zest for extra flavor. A touch of zest adds antioxidants to your diet, boosting overall wellness.
