These Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the ultimate indulgence for cheese lovers! Filled with gooey mozzarella and brushed with a savory garlic butter mixture, they make a perfect quick snack or party appetizer. With a golden, crispy exterior and a melted cheese center, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Try them for an irresistible treat that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 (16oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
    – 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)
    – 4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
    – 1 tsp garlic powder
    – 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    – Pinch of salt

    Directions:

    Preheat Oven:

    1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light greasing.

    Prepare the Biscuits:

    2. Open the biscuit dough container and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round.

    Add the Cheese:

    3. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round. Fold the edges up around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.

    Season and Bake:

    4. Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

    Bake:

    5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted and gooey.

    Serve:

    6. Enjoy the garlic butter cheese bombs warm. They’re perfect on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce!
