    Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

    10 ounces penne pasta

    ½ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    3 tablespoons butter

    2 teaspoons minced garlic

    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    2 cups chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained

    1 teaspoon paprika

    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

    Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta

    Boil the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Prepare the Chicken

    Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

    3. Make the Sauce

    In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Stir in the flour to form a paste, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream.

    Add Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Adjust with more salt and pepper if necessary. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

    4. Combine Everything

    Return the chicken to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.

    5. Garnish and Serve

    Top with fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan cheese for a finishing touch. Serve warm and enjoy!
