INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel.

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of sugar..

- In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs. Combine flour with baking powder and salt; Stir in the egg mixture alternating with the milk, beating well after each addition. Add blueberries, nuts, and lemon zest.
- Transfer to a greased 8″ x 4″ square. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
- Combine the glaze ingredients. Sprinkle on warm bread.
