    Honey and Peanut Butter Blondies

    Honey and Peanut Butter Blondies:

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 cup light brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup honey
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
    Directions:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish and set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
    Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
    In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    Fold in the chopped peanuts, if using.
    Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the blondies are set and golden brown on top.
    Allow the blondies to cool in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
