INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Evo (excellent virgin olive oil)
- 1 to 2 pounds of mince
- 1/4 teaspoon cummins
- 1 teaspoon thyme rub between palms
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- Pepper to taste
- 3 cubed potatoes
- 1 box green or fresh beans (optional)
- Small onion
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 2 Serrano Chile chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt Add more if necessary
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the evo to a frying pan, add the potatoes until roasted and cooked, leaving them from the bowl. Add the mince, garlic, onion and cooked flavours until the caramelized tomatoes are added and cook the serrano until the thick potatoes are added and stew 5 minutes and cooked!
