INGREDIENTS:

- 1 egg
- 3 oz bread crumbs
- ½ tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 ½ cup thinly sliced onion
- all-purpose flour 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoon of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let’s start the recipe:
1-In a colossal bowl, add the ground burger, egg, bread scraps, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
2-Structure into thick patties, Heat the oil in a huge skillet over medium force, Burn the patties and onion in the oil until patties are well carmelized.
3-Dispense with the cheeseburger patties to a plate, and keep warm.
4-Sprinkle flour over the onions and drippings in the skillet.
5-Blend in flour in with a fork, scratching bits of cheeseburger off of the base as you blend consistently mix in the cheeseburger stock.
6-Season with arranged salt.
7-Stew and blend over medium-low power for close to 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
8-Go power to low, return patties to the sauce, cover, and stew for 15 extra minutes.
Present with a significant bowl of pureed potatoes
