    Grilled Ribeye Steak with Herb Butter:

    Grilled Ribeye Steak with Herb Butter

    Ingredients:
    – 2 Ribeye steaks
    – Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
    – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
    2. Season the Ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
    3. Rub the steaks with olive oil to coat them evenly.
    4. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary to make the herb butter.
    5. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust cooking time according to your preference.
    6. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
    7. Top each steak with a generous dollop of herb butter and allow it to melt over the hot steak.
    8. Serve the grilled Ribeye steaks with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
