    Golden Cajun Chicken with Twisted Pasta in Creamy Parmesan

It combines juicy golden chicken, al dente twisted pasta, and a luxurious Parmesan cream sauce a simple yet indulgent meal ready in just 40 minutes.     Ingredients:

    Yields: 4 servings
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 25 minutes
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta (the twisty kind holds sauce perfectly!)
    2 tbsp butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups whole milk (for the best creamy texture)
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    Optional garnish: Fresh chopped parsley

    Directions:

    In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces evenly with Cajun seasoning. Adjust spice level to your preference.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside (don’t clean the pan those browned bits are flavor gold!).

    In a pot of salted boiling water, cook rotini until al dente (tender yet firm). Drain and set aside.

    In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Slowly whisk in milk and simmer gently.

    Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes rich, smooth, and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss gently until coated in the creamy Cajun-Parmesan sauce.

    Plate your pasta and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley for a beautiful finish.
