    Golden Broccoli & Cheddar Keto Poppers

    Looking for the perfect low-carb appetizer or keto-friendly snack? These Golden Broccoli & Cheddar Keto Poppers are cheesy, crispy, and packed with flavor! Ideal for meal prep, party trays, or a healthy bite on the go, these delicious keto bites are gluten-free and guilt-free!

     

    Ingredients:

    2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets, lightly steamed and patted dry

    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 large eggs

    1/2 cup almond flour (low-carb alternative to breadcrumbs)

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

     

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a large bowl, combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and eggs. Mix until fully combined.

    3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and form into balls or flatten slightly for crispy edges.

    4. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.

    5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a warm, cheesy low-carb snack!
