Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

This Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry is a quick, nutritious dinner perfect for any weeknight. Succulent shrimp and crisp broccoli are tossed in a savory garlic sauce that’s both simple and satisfying. Ready in just 20 minutes, this dish pairs perfectly with a bed of steamed rice. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy twist!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    – 2 cups broccoli florets
    – 3 cloves garlic, minced
    – 2 tbsp soy sauce
    – 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    – 1 tbsp honey
    – 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
    – 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    – Cooked rice, for serving

    Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.

Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Stir everything together until the shrimp and broccoli are evenly coated in the flavorful sauce.

Pour in the cornstarch slurry and continue to stir until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve the stir fry over cooked rice, garnished with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra kick if desired.

    Notes:

    – For a healthier option, you can use low-sodium soy sauce.
    – This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, packing both flavor and nutrition.
