    Garlic Butter Chicken with Spinach Alfredo

    Creamy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor this easy chicken Alfredo pasta recipe is your next dinner obsession! Juicy garlic butter chicken is tossed with fresh spinach and a rich Alfredo sauce for the perfect weeknight comfort meal.

    Save this creamy pasta recipe!

     

    Ingredients:

    1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    4 cloves garlic, minced (for the chicken)

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    1 tbsp butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)

    5 oz fresh spinach

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Cooked pasta of your choice (fettuccine, linguine, or penne)

    Directions:

    1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning and sauté with garlic in butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    2. In the same skillet, add more garlic and cook until fragrant. Toss in spinach until wilted.

    3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

    4. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly.

    5. Serve hot and garnish with more cheese or parsley if desired.
