    Frozen Yogurt Bark

    Indulge in a refreshing and healthy dessert with this Frozen Yogurt Bark, packed with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. It’s a delightful and easy-to-make treat that’s perfect for a quick snack!

    Ingredients:
    – 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (or flavored yogurt)
    – 1/4 cup agave nectar
    – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    – 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    – Pinch of salt
    – Sliced strawberries
    – Blueberries
    – Raspberries
    – Finely chopped pecans (optional)
    – Granola (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Baking Sheet:
    – Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.

    2. Mix the Yogurt Base:
    – In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, agave nectar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

    3. Spread the Yogurt:
    – Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

    4. Add the Toppings:
    – Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sprinkle with chopped pecans and granola if desired.

    5. Freeze:
    – Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.

    6. Serve:
    – Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
    – Store any leftovers in the freezer.
