If you like fried chicken from the fast food chains, this recipe would be great for you.
You can really have that fast food taste right at home.
Ingredients:
granulated garlic
crushed star anise
cornstarch
Minced garlic
Granulated sugar
Soy sauce
Chili flakes
Clear vinegar.
Mix the dry ingredients and let marinate over nite.
Next take the chicken wings and tossed in a sweet and savory sauce over high heat.
Allow the chicken wings to really get
in the sweet sauce until they are sticky.
Use some soy sauce. Remember the Soy Sauce is for color. It also has a lot of salt, so do not use a lot of it.
You will use about a 1/4 of a cup of sugar.
Use about a tablespoon of vinegar
Use as much chili flakes as you would like.
Have with a side of Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens.
