    Easy Stuffed Red Peppers with Ground Beef

    These baked stuffed red peppers are delicious, nutritious, and full of comforting homemade flavor. Red peppers are naturally rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C, making this hearty ground beef dinner both satisfying and wholesome.

    Step 1: Prepare the Peppers

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash the red peppers and carefully slice the tops off horizontally. Remove all seeds and membranes from the inside and set aside.

    Step 2: Cook the Vegetable Filling

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, leek, carrots, and garlic. Cook slowly for several minutes until the vegetables become soft and fragrant.

    Add the thyme sprig and continue cooking until the onions begin to turn lightly golden.

    Step 3: Add the Ground Beef

    Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon while stirring well.

    Mix in the tomato sauce and crumble the chicken bouillon cube into the mixture. Pour in the white wine and simmer until most of the liquid has reduced.

    Step 4: Make It Creamy

    Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes until the filling becomes rich and creamy.

    Step 5: Stuff and Bake

    Fill each red pepper generously with the beef mixture. Place the peppers into a lightly greased baking dish.

    Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and slightly roasted on top.

    Serve hot and enjoy this comforting stuffed pepper recipe with a fresh green salad or roasted vegetables.
