    • 12 oz wide egg noodles, uncooked
    • 1 lb lean ground beef

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 2.5 to 3-quart casserole dish.
    2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper if desired.
    3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
    4. Spread the uncooked egg noodles evenly in the casserole dish.
    5. Add the cooked ground beef over the noodles.

    7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
