     Easy Cake (Creamy, Chocolatey Dessert)

    This no-bake éclair cake is a classic layered dessert made with graham crackers, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and rich chocolate frosting. It tastes like a bakery-style chocolate éclair—but with almost no effort and no oven needed!

     Ingredients

    • 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 cups cold milk
    • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
    • 2 sleeves graham crackers
    • 1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting

     How to Make No-Bake Éclair Cake

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
    2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom (break pieces if needed to fit).
    3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
    4. Add another layer of graham crackers.
    5. Spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly on top.
    6. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
    7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes so it begins to set.
    8. Warm the chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 10–15 seconds (lid removed), then stir until smooth and spreadable.
    9. Spread frosting evenly over the top layer.
    10. Cover again and refrigerate overnight for best texture.
    11. Slice and serve chilled.
