    Easy Crockpot Meatloaf Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 lbs ground beef

    1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    1 egg, beaten

    1/2 cup milk

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Salt and pepper to taste

    For the Topping:

    1/4 cup ketchup

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 tablespoon mustard

    Directions:

    1. Mix the Meatloaf:
    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

    2. Shape and Place in the Crockpot:
    Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and carefully place it in your crockpot.

    3. Prepare the Topping:
    In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this sweet and tangy mixture over the meatloaf.

    4. Cook to Perfection:
    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

    5. Rest and Serve:
    Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve alongside mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or your favorite sides.
