    Ingredients:

    1 pound sausage

    1 cup Bisquick mix

    1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

    4 large eggs

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin to prevent sticking.

    2. Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.

    3. Mix the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the Bisquick mix and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until well combined. Fold in the cooked sausage.

    4. Fill the Muffin Cups
Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

    5. Bake to Perfection
Bake for 25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and firm to the touch.

    6. Cool and Serve
Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.
